I had a Zoom call with two nice ADI employees that lasted about 2 hours. They asked me a mix of personal and technical questions. The atmosphere was pleasant and the dress code was casual.
We kicked things off with an intro, then a general background check and resume review. We talked about your past experience and hardware design. I also asked about salary expectations, availability, and work authorization. It was pretty straightforward and lasted about 30-45 minutes. Given it was a senior role, I also wanted to see your leadership and teamwork skills.
From a technical standpoint, it was very streamlined; they likely needed to onboard people quickly. However, HR supported me throughout the entire process. Overall, it was a fast process.
