It was a 2-step interview. First, I spoke with a lower-level manager. Then, I had a second interview with the head of sales, who is the ultimate decision-maker. They asked me a list of questions. They also asked me to describe my previous role, including what I sold, how I sold it, and the entire process. There was also some role-playing involved. The questions weren't too difficult; some were typical personality and values questions that seemed pretty straightforward to answer.
The interview process was quite straightforward and easy, provided you're ready to handle sales-related questions, engage in role-playing, and think quickly. It mostly involves answering a few yes/no questions that don't always allow for detailed explanations.
It was a two-part interview process. They sent over two personality assessments and then had managers interview me. It went really well. They were a bit unclear about the full scope of the job and the entire onboarding process. But, for the most part, I got a pretty solid grasp on the day-to-day tasks and responsibilities.
