Candidate-reported interview process

It was an easy and fast interview process. There was just one round with a panel of interviewers including teachers, admin, and other staff. I received a call with a job offer a few days later. The process was very quick, and I'd recommend it.

After an initial review of resumes and cover letters, there was an in-person timed written test. Those who scored above a certain threshold advanced to a panel interview. This involved a two-person panel asking situational and protocol-related questions.

I applied online and then had to take a test. After that, I was invited for an onsite interview at the school where they needed the position filled. The interview involved about 3 to 5 people asking a set of 6 questions, and it lasted about 15 minutes.
