The interview process was very straightforward and succinct. They asked about driving records and cleaning protocols, as well as scopes of work and timelines for frequency of cleaning. There was also a detailed review of territory and time management.

It was a pretty relaxed interview process, with simple questions and not many strict requirements. The office vibe was very chill, and the people were nice. I liked how they had things set up. I also had the chance to meet the team I'd be working with.

Had a phone interview with the franchise owner. He was super friendly and we chatted about the role, the company's history, and my experience. He mentioned it's a 1099 position and then offered me an in-person interview at his office as the next step.
