Amylyx Pharmaceuticals Interview Questions

I applied online and had interviews with the recruiter, hiring manager, a panel, HR, and the CIO. The process was pretty fast and reasonable. The interviews were conversational, but it seemed they favored candidates recommended by a tech vendor, which I learned later.

Had a lot of interviews, first with HR, then 5 with other staff members, then back to HR, and then finally 2 meetings with the CEOs. The CEO meetings were a bit unexpected, but I do get why they wanted to meet the team directly. Oh, and in one of the meetings, they actually remembered my name.

It's a pretty lengthy process, with a number of sessions where there were two or more interviewers. They really seem keen on getting to know you and making sure you're a good fit both technically and with the company culture. Everyone I spoke with was super professional and friendly. Seems like a good place to work.
