Amwins Group Manager interviews, decoded.

The interview process can be in-person or virtual. You'll meet with the hiring manager and possibly another manager. Depending on the job, you might have one or two interview sessions.

I had a few conversations with the recruiter, and then I was set up for my first round of interviews. The first round went pretty well, and the recruiter got back to me about scheduling the next round. But, they never actually set up a second round. I followed up a few times, but I never heard back.

I applied for a role at Amwins and they quickly set up an interview for me. They kept me in the loop with all the info I needed during the hiring process. The interview went well, even though I didn't end up getting the job. I did get some helpful feedback though, which I used to do better in my next interview.
