Candidate-reported interview process
The hiring process was easy and professional, with the HR team responding quickly. There were 3 interview stages in total, mainly face-to-face conversations. The office is great, and overall, I had a good experience with no complaints – a truly perfect hiring process.
It was three interviews. I spoke with the head of the team, a director, and someone at my level who would be a peer. We started with a casual chat about personal stuff and then they asked similar questions throughout.
You'll do a presentation about yourself to the team you would be working with and the other applicants. Then, you'll have an individual interview with two of the team members where they ask behavioural and technical questions.
