Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process included two online interviews. Initially, I found the interviewer's accent a bit challenging to understand, but they were generally pleasant. The offer response took a considerable amount of time, with the entire process spanning approximately 1.5 months.

Had a few rounds with people of different roles and seniority. Mostly focused on live investment ideas. Got to chat with team members informally.

I applied for the role through a higher education institution, and a few days later, I was called for an interview with two people from the operations team. The interview felt more like a conversation, a back-and-forth exchange.
