Candidate-reported interview process

I had a phone interview with the recruiter. Then later, I was scheduled for a panel interview with the team members I'd be working with. I used the STAR method with examples from my past work to answer the questions well.

The interview was about 30 minutes long and the directors were knowledgeable since they were new to the division. They prefer the STAR method for answering questions.

It was a panel interview with managers and team members from the project team, focusing on project management aspects. They asked questions about past projects and processes, along with some scenario-based questions.
