Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process was great. The recruiter was really fast. The interviewers on the panel seemed genuinely interested in my background and skills. They didn't ask any annoying behavioral questions like 'what's your greatest weakness'. They were respectful of my time and availability and made the most of the 90 minutes, leaving ample time for me to ask questions. They were also very quick and responsive during the compensation negotiation phase.

I had 2 interviews, all video calls, and they were super professional. It was a good experience overall, helped me learn more about the company and how the teams operate.

First, there is a phone screen conduced by HR and then after that, there’s a video meeting with 3 to 4 people on the panel asking STAR questions. They do provide you with details to give you a heads up on the interview and selection process.
