It was an easy phone interview, they asked some simple questions about why I want to work for the company and what interests me. We discussed the job duties, the location, and the work conditions (in-person/hybrid).
There were two rounds in the interview process. It was pretty easy and everything went well. The first round was with HR, asking some general questions. They were very friendly. The second round was with the project manager where they asked some technical questions.
Applied online and pretty quickly got a cultural assessment test. Then had an hour-long phone interview with supervisors and leads. The first half was about personal stuff, and the second half was technical questions on electrical and some mechanical concepts. If you know your stuff, it's simple, but definitely be ready for the questions. If I passed that, the next step was to go out to the yards to see how I'd fit in, but I didn't make it that far.
