Candidate-reported interview process

I met 5 engineers and the interview took about an hour. They asked questions about the technicality of the job. I answered all their inquiries. The interview was all about how I do fix things.

Apply, take an electrical test, interview with HR... formalities... then interview w/general foreman and union rep to re-evaluate and talk experience.. take urine & hair drug test, take physical. Attend new hire orientation. The process isn't bad, just time consuming.

Rigorous time-limited exam. Over 2 hours total. One part was general questions, another was academic. Also tested ability to observe connected parts of a circuit.
