Candidate-reported interview process

The interview had a panel of four people, which felt a bit overwhelming. However, everyone was really nice and considerate. The whole thing lasted about 30-40 minutes, and they didn't just ask questions; they also talked about the job and what it involves.

It was an easy process with great interviewers who really showed their personality. At one point, I was interviewed by more than one person. The people at Amtrak really show you why they are great, they are very welcoming.

They usually call right away for an interview for this job. The interview process was fast and organized. There were about 10 questions asked. Training groups/classes started in 2-3 months. It is a very good opportunity for hospitality and travel workers!!
