The interview process included a face-to-face interview with HR and management, an English language proficiency test, a technical interview with the team covering technical knowledge and situational questions, and a final HR round.

It was a pretty simple interview process. First, there was a phone screening. Then, I had two more interviews that were video calls. I met with the hiring manager, a director, and another director from a different department.

Don't fall into the trap of resigning if they release an offer; they don't come back or pay if you join. We can't trust this organization. One important thing is that they give any designation you want.
