Candidate-reported interview process

It was a Zoom interview. Mostly experiential questions. They had me walk through examples of work or experience. Technical difficulties were present at the time of the interview.

I interviewed with my center administrator, who was my boss at the time since I was a peri-op nurse at the center. I also met with her boss, the Director of Operations for the NE.

Disappointed I didn't get the job (thinking maybe they hired someone they knew), the recruiter was really great. She was professional, gave me honest feedback when I asked, and didn't ignore me or give a generic answer.
