Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process was straightforward and transparent, with a sincere approach throughout. They asked good questions and provided an assessment. Being prepared makes for a better experience. Just be sincere and transparent, and everything will go well.

The interview process had 4 steps to get to the final decision. It was very structured and conducted in English. There was an assessment behavioral test at the end to consolidate feedback, plus a reference check. I recommend this place for interviews.

I met with 4 people in total, individually. There was the HR manager, and then three members of the accounting team. The conversations were pretty informal. They kept bringing up how the company has people move and change roles, and asked how I felt about that — if it was something that interested me or made me nervous.
