Candidate-reported interview process

To become a Lab Analyst here, they wanna see if you know your stuff with petroleum testing and if you're good with things like ASTM methods. They'll also check how you solve problems, if you're careful with details, and if you know your safety rules. The manager also wants to chat about how you work with others, communicate, and if you can roll with the punches to make sure you'd fit in the lab.

The interview process was super smooth and easy. Everyone I met was really nice and welcoming. I really liked the lab tour, it was very informative. I'd definitely interview here again if I could. Overall, a great experience!

I spoke with a process manager and an HR person. It was really about goals and results. They were professional and nice. It wasn't too technical, maybe because of my experience.
