Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process starts with a Zoom call, followed by a one-week paid in-person training. Passing the training leads to employment. This training covers local financial laws and how we handle transactions at the branch.

The interview process was fast and simple, starting with a phone call. After that, you're sent to the Miami training branch for a week of training. Once training is complete, you're assigned to a branch to begin your official duties.

The interview process was straightforward, involving a simple math test and some scenario-based questions. However, the pay structure seems unfair, with new hires earning the same as managers.
