Candidate-reported interview process

First you come in for a basic knowledge test, if you pass that then you immediately go on to a one on one interview. After that you schedule a physical test consisting of lifting a 70lb weight, stair stepping for a specific amount of time, as well as compressions for a specific amount of time.

They gave me a skills assessment for a trauma patient scenario and I had to show I could manage the airway. After that, the person who did the assessment and a supervisor interviewed me. Finally, I talked with the head of operations about why I wanted to work there and they offered me the job.

It was a pretty straightforward interview, very professional overall. This interview was extremely detailed and you had to go through a lot of screenings. They had a lot of critical thinking questions and personal experience questions. This interview is not for the weak.
