Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process was pretty thorough. Started with an online test, then a phone interview, then an in-person interview, and finally a presentation to a panel. Everyone was nice and helpful. It was a tough process that felt a bit long, but I guess it works for Ampush. The take-home quiz was a quick 5-question skill test, pretty easy if you know the basics. The phone interview was standard. The in-person part had three interviews back-to-back, each with a different focus, which was pretty draining. After that, there was a case study presentation to a panel of 5-8 employees.

First, there was a 15-minute online math test with 5 questions. Then, a behavioral phone interview where they asked a lot about the industry and my marketing/advertising experience. The final round was an in-person or Skype case interview about working backward from a desired CPI to determine the bid.

Applied, then got an email for a short marketing math quiz with a 15 min time limit and 5 questions to be done within 3 days. There was a month delay for me after submitting the quiz which was annoying. Then, invited for a video call with a media analyst (1-2 days later). It was a tech formal interview with basic and analytical questions (similar to the quiz) and case questions. Then, invited for an On-Site interview (1-2 days later). The quantitative section without a calculator was long and very important. After that, a presentation was scheduled (1 week to prepare, then return on-site to present). Then, a call/meeting with the Founders. Finally, an Offer.
