The interview process was quite long and thorough. It involved a lot of behavioral interviews and some in-depth case study work over the phone. I was interested in the role, but after receiving an offer, they didn't try to speed things up or adjust their offer to stay competitive.
The quiz was really tough and covered random topics. Only one question involved marketing math, and another asked to calculate the client billing amount. I found this a bit strange since that's something that can be easily taught, and Facebook and Google Ads platforms already show the ad spend. It seemed like my resume wasn't really considered, and the quiz performance was the main deciding factor.
Applied online, then took a quant test on digital marketing math (5 questions, 15 mins) covering CPC, CPM, CPA, CTR, CR. Followed by a phone screening with more digital math and a case study. Finally, a Skype interview involving behavioral questions, more math, and a case study.
