It was pretty easy, just a background check and then some basic questions you'd expect from researching online. We also talked about benefits and pay, and scheduling. Then I had an interview with a manager where I answered questions about my customer service, cash handling, problem-solving, and reliability.
It was a pretty straightforward interview. They asked about my past work experience, when I'm free to work, and my education. The hiring manager really wanted to know if I'd used point of sale systems before and if I'd handled a lot of cash.
they check your background and ask how much experience you have. they make you fill the large packet. As well they ask you to bring your ID or a copy of you're ID and work permit if you have one.
