The interview process was awful. The COO was hard to understand, didn't make eye contact, and ignored my questions. The worst part was being ghosted by their HR team after the interview. No one could take a moment to tell a good candidate they didn't get the job. It was pretty pathetic and makes me wonder why anyone would want to work for such a company.
I was first contacted by a recruiter on LinkedIn. Then there was an initial phone screen. After that, I had a video interview with the recruiter and the Director. Then I was completely ghosted. I sent follow-up emails to both the recruiter and the Director, and I called the recruiter, but I never got a response or any explanation, not even a courtesy email about the status of my candidacy.
Before the interview, I got a sample caseload and had to make goals and a treatment plan for some students. It was more work than at other teletherapy places, but it was worth it! The actual interview was super simple.
