Amplify Software Engineer interviews, decoded.

I had to meet with a few different teams. The technical interviews involved using a code sharing tool where I had to write code right then and there. You should really know your coding language well.

Had an initial 30 min chat with an engineering manager. They got back to me the next week asking for a take-home assignment. I did it and then had a 60 min follow up with another engineer where we reviewed the assignment and they asked me to modify it with new requirements. Heard back a week later they weren't moving forward.

I got through to the last round after answering some questions. I followed up with the recruiter about the interview format for the final stage, but they didn't reply. A week later, I sent another email, and then the recruiter sent me a rejection. It felt like the recruiter wanted me to not get the job, and they succeeded. This place seems like they want you to fail.
