Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process included an initial screening call with a recruiter, followed by a one-hour video interview with the hiring manager. The next stage involved a 20-minute portfolio presentation and subsequent Q&A. About a week and a half after the second interview, I got an offer, though the salary was at the low end of their range and they only partially negotiated it up.

Had an initial phone call to discuss salary and role basics, to see if I wanted to proceed. Then I had an interview with the manager, but never heard back after that.

Had a forty-five minute interview with three design folks. They had a list of questions, and one person took notes. The questions were all on point for the job.
