Candidate-reported interview process

The interview was easy and done remotely. It was pretty straightforward and I liked it. The interviewer was supportive. The whole thing took less than 30 minutes and they got back to me quickly. I'd consider applying again.

The interview process was very last minute, and I didn't have much time to prepare as they wanted to interview me the same day. It felt like they were just interviewing me to meet a quota.

The interview experience started with some emails and questionnaires, which then led to interviews. After completing three rounds, the communication just stopped, leaving the process unfinished and the result unknown. It would have been better if the recruiter had at least sent a follow-up rejection email instead of ghosting.
