I saw the posting and applied in early July. It took them a month to schedule an interview. After that, they said I'd hear back in 3-5 days. I ended up emailing them weekly until they finally got back to me three weeks later. Given my experience in this field, the application, waiting, and follow-up process felt like a huge waste of my time. I figured if this is how they operate, I wouldn't want to work here anyway. The job was actually a project management role, but it was posted as a "Specialist" position. If they had responded promptly, I wouldn't even be writing this review. However, this has been the most unprofessional waiting period I've encountered in my job search so far.
I applied online and it was pretty straightforward. A recruiter called me for a brief phone screen. They set up an in-person interview for the following week. I met with the branch manager and assistant branch manager, and they asked me typical customer service questions. The whole thing felt professional and comfortable. The recruiter and branch managers said I'd hear back within two weeks, which was reassuring. But I never heard back from Amplify. About a month later, my application status on the website changed to 'not selected,' which is how I found out I didn't get the job.
I got contacted via email for a phone interview and was able to pick my own date and time. The interview was with an HR person who has IT experience. She was really nice and the interview went well, it was under 45 minutes. It started with some small talk, then went into some tech questions. Their website has loads of info about what they're looking for and their benefits.
