So first we do a quick phone screen, then a video interview. Then you'll talk to a client, like 2-3 times, depending on the client.
Had a few 30-minute chats with different team members. The interviews were pretty laid-back and focused on checking both skills and if I'd be a good fit. I liked that I got to meet several people from the company and from different management levels.
The hiring process was quite swift. It began with a screening interview via Teams, followed by a Teams interview with both a manager and a director. Then, there was a take-home assessment, which I then had to present. After that, there was an interview discussing potential client projects. Finally, I received an offer. Overall, the entire process moved along quickly.
