Had an initial call with the recruiter which went really well, they seemed keen to move me forward. Then there was just complete silence, even after I followed up a bunch of times. This company seems to have a pattern of this, which feels pretty disrespectful and is a major red flag.

I was reached out by an internal recruiter while I was interviewing elsewhere. A second stage was set up and I had a conversation with some developers there that lasted about an hour, including some informal technical discussion and questions about how I work and the languages I use. I told them my timeline, and they said they'd get back to me very soon. Over a month later, I still hadn't heard anything back, and I had already moved on and accepted another job. It seems like they're really bad at communicating, so I wouldn't count on them for anything.

So, first they asked me some stuff about myself and projects I've done. Then, we did a pair programming task. The people interviewing were super nice and easy to talk to.
