Amplemarket Specialist interviews, decoded.

The interview process was great. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming. We talked about my past experience and got to know each other. We also discussed future goals for the team. Overall, it was a really good experience. My process involved: 1. An interview with HR. 2. An interview with the team. 3. A task. 4. Interviews with the cofounders.

So it turns out there was going to be 5 rounds of interview before one gets the job/ I went up to the 3rd round and unfortunately got the rejection email afterwards. First round is an interview with the HR on the phone and then the second round interview with a team lead and the third round a take home challenge which is like scenario based questions. Everyone was warm but i guess having gotten to a 3rd stage, a proper reason asides from other qualified candidates applied should be provided in my opinion, what exactly did the applicant lack.

My interview experience with Amplemarket was great, even though I didn't get an offer. Everything was efficient and they were respectful of my time. The HR person was really nice, friendly, and clear, making the whole thing feel professional and welcoming. They communicated well and moved things quickly.
