The interview was very informative and the interviewer was really nice and paid attention. It felt like we were just chatting, not really in an interview setting.

After applying on LinkedIn, I was contacted by a recruiter who set up a call with the hiring manager. The call went well. I followed up, but didn't hear back, so I followed up again. We then scheduled a second interview at the company's HQ in Red Hook, Brooklyn. The hiring manager gave me a tour and then we had a casual interview. I felt it went well, and she mentioned she'd share the next steps the following day. However, she never followed up. I emailed her, but received no response. I then messaged the recruiter, who also didn't respond. A week later, I sent a final follow-up to the hiring manager, but still no reply. I was essentially ghosted, which felt extremely disrespectful.
