Ampirical Solutions Interview Questions

The hiring process took longer than the usual few weeks. First, there was a behavioral questionnaire, followed by a 3-4 person team interview. After the interview, there was a lengthy pause of about 4 weeks without any update on acceptance or rejection. Suddenly, I received a message indicating an offer was coming my way, but it would take 2 more weeks to receive the formal offer.

The team was super nice and chill. General questions about resumes were asked. Try to communicate if a question is asked; don't be afraid to ask if you don't get a question.

They used AI for screening applications and sent fake rejection responses. Even though I'm very qualified, after applying on a Sunday night, I got a midnight response stating they had "carefully" reviewed my application and moved on. Why discriminate based on educational background and not experience? If not, at least be honest that a computer rejected me due to a poorly programmed filter for degree holders.
