Amphenol PCD Interview Questions

We had 2 interviews. The first one was with the engineering supervisor and lasted 90 minutes. It covered past experience, technical skills, behavioral questions, and team integration. The second interview was a 45-minute introduction with other department management reps: 15 minutes with the Engineering manager, 15 minutes with the Product manager, and 15 minutes with the Business Development manager.

First I talked with the secretary, then had a phone interview with the manager. After that, I came in for an in-person interview where I met with 4 managers. Once those interviews were done, I got a tour and then headed out. I received an offer about two weeks later.

was not interviewed, bought from accuried company, worked on products from purchased company. and new products not previosly made at location. or not made well due to lack of in place tech.
