Candidate-reported interview process

I was asked to come in for an interview in NYC, but they refused to email me a full job description, telling me instead to search for it on ZipRecruiter.com. I immediately declined to go to the interview because job interviews are a two-way conversation, and I have a low tolerance for arrogance.

The interview process started with a phone call, then I had an in-person interview with HR. The HR person seemed to actively discourage me from taking the job, like they were trying to talk me out of it. They were also hard to get a hold of; after reaching out to schedule, they wouldn't respond to my availability for days unless I followed up.

Applied online and then got an email for an in-person interview. I met with two people. They asked me a bunch of behavioral and general interview questions. About a month later, I got an email saying they were interested in a second interview, but they didn't have a date for it and I never heard back.
