First, there were 3 interviews with a group of co-workers. After that, I had a short interview with the Project Manager. It was mostly casual chats. They seemed to want to gauge my cultural fit and if my digital approach aligned with AMP's methods at the time. Design Thinking and Human-Centred Design were already important, so being familiar with those is key for design roles at AMP.
There were 2 stages of interviews. The first interview had the BA practice lead and HR, and the second interview had the hiring manager.
The process had four stages. First was an online application with some behavioral questions, no resume needed. Then came online tests: logical, numerical, and reasoning. After that, a video interview with eight questions, the last one asking if I had questions about the program. The final stage was an assessment center which I didn't get to. My friend told me it involved a one-to-one interview and a group interview about a case study.
