Amp Exposure Event Manager interviews, decoded.

Applied on Indeed and got a phone call. Then had a 15 min office interview, followed by an in store interview. The whole thing took about 2 weeks and the interviewers were nice. You get a quick look at the job during the store interview, but you don't see what the meetings are like, and that's important before taking this position.

The interview process was really fast, taking about a week. It was a three-round interview process, and I felt I learned the most during the second interview. Even with my MBA in marketing, watching the event manager at the event gave me a lot of insight into their unique methods.

It was a three-round process: one at the office, then an event, and back to the office. They were very open about the program and the role. I really enjoyed the second interview where I got to see the events in action! I've had interviews at company locations before, but this one felt more genuine. They got back to me promptly between interviews and were flexible with my work schedule.
