Candidate-reported interview process

It was a three part interview, with a tour and overview included. I had to prep a business plan and present it. This was with the CEO, and then he broke down how the ideas and plan could fit the role they were hiring for.

The interview process went by fast and was really thorough. I met with a bunch of different people one-on-one, and they were all super nice and professional. It felt like they really took the time to get to know my background, and I left feeling like all my questions were answered.

This was less of an interview and more of an informational session with both the business owner and his sister (it is a family owned business). This company is growing and is looking to fill many new openings.
