Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process is pretty standard. It starts with an HR screening call, then interviews with the hiring manager and some company execs. After that, there's an assignment to assess PM skills and fit. The main issue was how unprofessional all the interviewers were! It was wild - some stopped interviews to take Skype calls, others were super late for interviews without apologizing, and one even cut an interview short for another meeting. Plus, one interviewer was clearly disengaged, constantly checking his phone and emails during our chat.

First, there was an internal recruiter intro. Then, I had an interview with the hiring manager. After that, there were two panel interviews, each with two employees I would be working with daily. The final interview was with a senior director.

I got past the recruiter screener call and they set up an interview panel with 3 project managers for 4 days later. But the day before the panel, they told me the job was filled and canceled it.
