Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process was quick and efficient. I got to meet the team and key decision-makers right away, which was great. On the downside, there wasn't much feedback given at the end, which was a bummer, but overall it was a good experience. I'd recommend it as a solid process.

So the interview process was pretty standard, basically a bunch of 1 on 1 interviews, about 8 of them in total. Then it finished with a chat with an executive and a sales pitch presentation.

It was a 2-round interview process. The first round was with the team I'd be joining, and the second was with senior management. The vibe was friendly, and it felt more like a conversation than a formal interview. They asked thorough, targeted questions, which is great for less experienced folks who need help showcasing their sales abilities.
