Candidate-reported interview process

The first interview is a one-way interview via Spark Hire. You'll be asked several questions and will need to sing a nursery rhyme. You have time to think but must answer quickly. Some questions were challenging.

The interview process was streamlined and well-explained. It involved one video interview and two in-person interviews, including a lesson demonstration.

The process was a waste of time. I spent two hours practicing and interviewing. Then they asked where I would like to be relocated. After asking for references, they rejected my application 24 hours before the deadline to submit them. They should have rejected me sooner so I didn't waste time contacting my references.
