Candidate-reported interview process

the interview is about 30 mins and straightforward, but the rest of the hiring process can take a bit of time. it's a video call and pretty easy to get through.

I applied online and the interview was scheduled. The recruiter was a no-show, so it got rescheduled. I had some mixed feelings about the no-show, but I decided to go ahead with the process and rescheduled the interview. After it was done, there was not much feedback about what the next steps were. It's been a few weeks since the interview and I'm guessing they are either not serious about the position, can't handle the volume of applicants, or I'm in the maybe pile.

The interview process included about three interviews, one of which was a phone screen. The interviewers were really nice and started the interviews with a grounding exercise to help candidates feel relaxed. I met with a few people who are on the team.
