Amino Interview Questions

I went through two rounds of interviews and then I never heard back - I totally get that candidates can be the wrong fit but seeing as I was pretty far into the process, some kind of feedback or rejection email would have been cool.

Applied online and a recruiter reached out. Cleared the screening interview and then had a video call with the hiring manager. Was told I'd hear back in 2 days, but never got an update.

My interview experience was really disorganized. The interviewer was super late for our first call. When they finally called, instead of rescheduling, they just went ahead with the interview informally, asking if I was interested in the role. We had to cut it short because of time, and I still had questions. I didn't hear back after that, and my follow-ups about my questions and next steps were ignored. Three weeks later, I got an automated email saying I wasn't selected. It was a really weird experience.
