The interview process involved several rounds with different team members. It felt friendly and welcoming, and I liked the people I talked to. I'd do it again, even though this was a while ago.
My process was pretty much like the others described. They're one of those companies that after an initial phone screen, they'll give you an assignment, which is all work that they can use. I didn't get an offer. I was talking to one person the whole time, but then got an automated rejection email from someone else. They didn't give any feedback or say why, just the usual form rejection. The job posting was over a month old, so they probably already had someone or left it up too long, which doesn't look great.
I had a bad experience, similar to some others. They had me do several assignments, and I suspected they might use my work. Despite that, I did them. After several interview rounds, I never heard back.
