Candidate-reported interview process

So the interview process involved a lot of scenario-based questions. They also asked me to rank options in different situations, like deciding what's more important in a high-stakes scenario: dealing with an emergency or meeting deadlines.

After you apply online, they'll have you do like 1-2 interviews over the phone or virtually. They'll check your English and Spanish skills and other stuff you're qualified for. They'll email you about the next steps.

I had a phone interview with someone from the team. She asked me questions about my past leadership roles and then gave me some hypothetical situations I might encounter as a project supervisor.
