The process was really fast. I had an initial screening, and then the interview was the following week. But overall, it was a quick process. The interview was good, and I felt like I did well. It was virtual and not as formal as other interviews I've had.
It was not a difficult interview. There are 2 rounds. the final round was to talk about next steps. They mostly are focusing on what you know. First-round interview: This is typically an in-person interview with the hiring manager or a member of the hiring team. The interviewer will ask questions about the applicant's experience, skills, and qualifications. Second-round interview: This may be a more in-depth interview that includes meeting with additional members of the hiring team, including the direct supervisor or team members.
It was two rounds with the recruiter and my future manager. Very friendly, good conversation and transparency about the company. I felt like I knew exactly what I was getting myself into.
