We had 2 rounds for this role. First up was a screening with the recruiter, and then a competency interview with the hiring manager. Pretty simple and quick process.
The hiring process followed the typical steps for a job interview in my field of psychology, including questions specific to the profession. The selection process was smooth. The interviewer was punctual and attentive throughout the online interview process for this specific psychology job opening.
The interview process was really long, with a bunch of different interviews and panels. It took a while to hear back after each step. The questions were pretty easy overall, and they used the STAR method. Sometimes, people on the interview panels weren't totally relevant to the specific role, but they were still included. They seemed more focused on personality than on actual experience.
