Candidate-reported interview process

Standard process. First a discovery call where we talked about my experience and skill set. Then another interview round with more in-depth questions. Mostly about my approach to sales and if I had any experience in the industry.

It was a fast and awkward interview. The questions didn't make sense and the interviewer kept twisting my answers to try and make me feel stupid. Pretty much a waste of time.

The interview process was quite straightforward and brief. The interviewer asked a few quick questions, inquired about my willingness to work some Saturdays, and then asked if I could start by the upcoming start date for the new hire class.
