Had a call with HR, then interviewed with the manager, pretty standard stuff. The interview was set up fast and was on Zoom. It wasn't very technical, mostly just asking about my experience, school projects, and what I did on campus. I thought the process was fine, but it was annoying that they promised to let me know the results quickly and then I had to follow up myself after 2-3 weeks to find out what happened.
I answered background and QA questions. Then I received and completed an online assessment. Following that, I spoke with the hiring manager about my QA knowledge. Lastly, I had a call with other Amica employees. Everyone was friendly and spoke highly of Amica. I didn't get the job but would still recommend it.
Had a 45-minute Zoom call with two interviewers. I started by giving an elevator pitch, and they gave me some feedback. Then, they asked about 5-10 questions about my skills and customer service background. It wrapped up with me asking them questions about the job.
