Applied online and got a referral. A recruiter called within a week to set up a phone interview. The next week, I had a Skype interview, followed by a writing assessment and an employment application. Then I had to schedule an in-person interview in Rhode Island. They cover hotel and travel expenses if they fly you out. The next day, I had breakfast with my host at HQ, followed by three back-to-back interviews with upper management, a meeting with program trainers, and a campus tour before flying home. They let you know about an offer within a week. It was all very professional, interacting with different HR/talent managers.
The interview process was super fast and easy. It felt more like a chat than an interview, which made it comfy for people to be themselves. The whole interview day was really nice.
Started with two phone interviews, then a writing test. The final interview was at their home office in Providence, RI. This whole process is stressful. They flew me out to their corporate head quarters. I was on four flights in less than 48hrs. The day of the interview it was a very long process. I had three one on one interviews back to back. The staff was nice but the leadership lacks diversity. It’s a little sprinkle here and there but not enough to say this company embraces diversity. The environment seem plastic and not warm at all.
