First, I had a recruiter call, then they set up a phone interview. After that, I had an in-person interview with the manager which lasted over an hour.
Got a call from the recruiter on Sept 2nd. Went for an office tour, then came back a week later for the main interview. Met with a supervisor and a manager. They asked typical questions like why I want to work there, what I can bring to the table, and about my greatest weakness. Felt good about it, but then got an email saying the job was filled. In mid-October, the recruiter called again to see if I was still interested. Got the official offer in November. The background check took about two weeks, involving some extensive research because they outsource. I completed all the initial paperwork online before starting.
It was a really nice and respectful process. The recruiter was very thorough, professional, and great to talk to. I was so impressed with her presentation and our chat that I even sent her a thank you card! I like the benefits Glassdoor offers, but I feel like the whole thing is just way too long and takes forever.
